We vet all bakers for quality and safety standards.
Transactions are secured via Stripe; we never store card data.
Custom orders are subject to vendor-specific lead times.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Suga Crew website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Marketplace Role
Suga Crew provides a platform for independent artisans ("Vendors") to sell baked goods to customers. While we vet our vendors, the actual contract for sale is directly between the Vendor and the Customer. We are not a party to that transaction.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Vendor Obligations
Vendors must ensure all products comply with local health and safety regulations. Vendors are responsible for accurate product descriptions, pricing, and fulfillment of orders within the specified lead times.
5. Payments and Fees
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Suga Crew may charge a service fee on transactions to maintain the marketplace. All fees will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
The content on Suga Crew, including logos, designs, and software, is the property of Suga Crew or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior toward the community.
